They all bring different opportunities for me to continue creating the life experiences that I want to have; to walk in alignment with mind, body and spirit.

And how pervasive it is such that we refrain from walking in our truth because of the scrutiny that it then has our personas at and the unfortunate stance that vulnerability, much as is the most authentic way to show up, has always been used against the people who do try to embody that;

And now are stuck in a case of cyclic shame that bounds on even tighter the more you choose to empower narratives, stories and expectations that are not your own.
